She is, I talked to dad yesterday (they went directly to the summer house after he had gotten her at the ER) it hurt (I'd guess it's her knees) but she's fine :)

Nini's stuff was moved in the locker room while she was in P.E., so now she's gonna have to have a back up lock for her stuff :|

So much ouch.... ~_~* I had dental surgery yesterday morning, and things still hurt, and the 'retainers' are hard to get used to and the bottom one totally doesn't fit right and it HURTS to put it in/take it out, but I'm really supposed to put it in/keep it in as much as possible so that things heal properly, but I can't eat with it in and it just plain HURTS to have it in... T.T
Also as a side-effect my lower jaw seems to have been squared off more than it was, which is upsetting. I liked the shape of my jaw before, I don't want a square jaw. Hopefully it is just swelling...

I will probably end up crashing someplace odd.... ~_~*
I have finally started to actually publish my story! For the moment, expect a new chapter each month.

The Case of the Midnight Channel
"When a strange letter summons the Mouri family to Inaba, Ran is expecting a case. She's not expecting it to involve the TV, though.
If Naoto investigated everyone who came to visit Inaba, she'd have little time for real cases. When Yukiko reports that the Midnight Channel is back, however, she starts to wonder if the visitors are connected. Especially when the image clears, unveiling yet another mystery."

Short version: I'm taking various DC/MK characters to Inaba (where Persona 4 takes place) and dropping them through the TV to face their Shadows!

After a few days you should get use to retainers. If it still doesn't fit properly go back and see the dentist.I know this because I wear retainers. Do not skip wearing them for a month. Me being a stubborn person did. And now its a bit out of shape and a tighter squeeze on my teeth.

Still dealing with recovering from dental surgery. Dentist prescribed me a cream to put on the corners of my lips (which are severely chapped/cracked as a side-effect of the surgery). It hasn't had much chance to work yet, so I can't say if it's helping or not. Hopefully it'll be more immediately effective than the Vaseline I sent Archi to buy after work yesterday. (Which didn't actually help much at all.) Painkillers make me dizzy/sleepy and kill my focus, making it exceedingly difficult to get anything done. Still dealing with gum pain, and cheek pain, and all matter of other ouch. Also bruising and discoloration on my cheeks and jaw line. Eating is still difficult. Hopefully this will be at least partially alleviated after I visit the other dentist on Monday and get some adjustments made. Still have to make it to Monday first, though.
Probably not going to hang out with friends tomorrow. I do have to go to class on Monday and Tuesday nights, though.... hopefully I'll be able to maintain sufficient focus for that.

Okay, I hate phones atm and I hate the fact that I feel like breaking my laptop and phone since I won't get a reply from a very important person in my life :(

.... Okay, that was 14 years of super awesome friendship that ended without me knowing a thing about it... I looked forward to seeing him again soon since I've missed him since I moved but apparently I was the only one... Damn life

I really hate getting into exercise conversations with my mother. I do exercise. I go to the gym three times a week, I walk everywhere, I do the warmup workout devised by my Drama Society captain at least once a day. It just doesn't take very well with me, so she refuses to believe that I exercise, which makes me feel depressed enough that I just want to eat a pack of minirolls and that feeling is probably why no matter how much I exercise I don't lose weight very well.

Honestly, the way I see it is this: if you're okay with yourself, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks about you. (This applies to both physical and mental/emotional/non-physical aspects.)

A motivational speaker I am not, but that's my opinion on the matter.

Thanks :) That is normally the frame of mind I try to keep myself in, a "I'm only size 14, I'm not doing my health any damage, I'll keep exercising because it's good for me but it's not like I'm horrific", which I can hold together just fine until having one conversation with my mother >_>

I hyping hate dealing with tech store guys. I really, really do.

I've been looking for a netbook for a while given how broken and no-longer-portable my laptop is, and when I went to buy the one I chose today my younger brother came with me because I owed him a Wannaburger lunch. So I went into the store to pick up the laptop of choice and was surprised to find that there was actually a special offer on key software that I needed for it, something I had not been informed of when visiting the store to canvass choices two days prior. In fact, there were some good deals going on the software I needed, and I was wondering why the guy I talked to before hadn't told me this until I realized that the sales guy was looking at my brother when he was talking, even though I was the one asking questions about buying the hyping laptop. He kept talking over my head to my brother instead of me, and when in frustration I started walking in front of my brother to make the guy look at me when he talked, he kept changing the prices that he was quoting, like "so for £119-" "You just said it was £109" "No, sorry, I meant £115" etc. Finally I got fed up with him and tracked down a female sales rep to talk to, who was very nice and got me a good deal.

This is why I hate talking to guys in tech stores. They never know what they're talking about. You really need to talk to a woman, they're the only ones that know anything about the technology they're selling. lol gender roles but seriously nine times out of ten the tech guys that I talk to are assholes who seem to assume that I don't even know how electricity works

Unfortunately, even she was not enough to save my busted hard drive, which among other things contained a ton of my old AMVs and some old videos from high school... I really hope I backed those up onto my mum's hard drive, I don't want to have lost them forever T_T

Last few days, not nice. Day before yesterday we had someone fainting in the train. It all ended well, but not really pleasant. And then I got my period, very painful and I started having this ringing noise in my ears and feeling faint. Two hours after that my throat hurts together with the general feeling of having a cold. At work the next day I got a report that a guy was feeling unwell too. Luckily we had a doctor at the train who checked him out and suspected he had taken drugs. Lovely. But it went well. And the cold just got worse and worse. And today I have a constant faint feeling and the ringing noise in my ears so I had to call in sick.
