Honestly I am not in the mood to explain a lot, but I will tell you in general. I am sure of my theories!
I disagree with you in all, but! I agree with the Bourbon Theory!
I believe that Amura might be bourbon, very big big chance! Though I am not 100% sure.
But I am 100% sure that Sabura kon is Akai, definitely!
About Sera San, ummm I think that she knew shinchi when she was a child.. I think she had a crush on him
LOL I know this theory might sound silly, but I really think it might be true!
You remember that video song at the end of some of conan latest eps, where there is a girl watching shinchi from behind while playing soccer, then she goes away when she sees him with ran? Yah, I think that girl is Sera san.
She likes shenchi and that's it, I don't think she is evil in any way.. She is really what she pretends she is
