Since Amuro didn't appear, Conan may use Sleeping Kogoro again since Mystery Train case.

most likely, the victim was already poisoned when he was first shown with his head on the table by one of the 3.
Also, why would Amuro be there? It doesn't look like they are at Poirot because I don't remember Poirot having that cute bartender. If so, where is Azusa then? So I think they just are at some bar, wonder what is Kogorou doing there other than drinking and trying to impress a very cute bartender.
I sure hope the barmaid isn't the murderer. It might be nice to have her become a recurring character, if only to serve as a foil to KogoroXEri. (From what I can tell, she's quite an interesting character.)
I can't say anything about the case until I get some kind of translation, but it seems quite average, which is quite different from what we've been getting lately. (Could someone who can read Chinese tell me why Conan was in the bar, BTW? If Ran didn't send him, it seems a bit OOC.)
Knowing the truth and knowing what to do with the truth are two completely separate ideas. Learn to distinguish them. OR ELSE.

It's indeed Ran sending Conan to tell Kogoro to come home to have dinner because Ran thinking her father just to come for drinking.

If the bartender is Kid I wouldn't expect him to do anything in this case other than be nosy and smart. Then Conan will point him out at the end and leave. Kid isn't doing anything wrong, so I don't think anything interesting will happen. It's probably an easter egg for attentive Magic Kaito readers. It would be more interesting if the bartender wasn't Kid, but I have a feeling that the Magic Kaito references will lead to Kid anyway.
But I would laugh if Kaito strolled in looking for Jii (if he isn't the bartender).

Not seen anything regarding 855 but I'd be massively surprised if it didn't lead to some sort of a cliffhanger or something. It might've looked like the average case on the outside at the beginning but there are a few too many things tying in here, the flashback to 850-852, probably having Kid around, who's finally intertwined with the BO storyline etc.
