They're just kids being kids, and Shinichi is being commendably patient with them.

Not to mention that in Japan young children tend to be allowed to run amok with scads more freedom than children in Western societies have. Japan is a very safe country, so they're not at as much risk as they are here. And due to the large amounts of responsibility and constrictive rules of society dumped on these kids as they get older, adults allow them to be, quite frankly, little monsters when they're young.

I'm gonna make a wild stab and say - All detective boys are actually a victims of BO, with or a without amnesia. And THEY using Conan and Ai as a cover up =)
Remember we Never saw their parents!
We allways wondering why would they be so bad on Conan, and never listen to him?

And then i think that if Conan (btw one of subbers called him Konan (in episodes which labeled as Un-subbed) would've told'em that he actually 18yo and a grown up - they wouldn't believe. And then blow up his ID.
What i don't quite get is why Hattori is such a retard =) I meant that he can't remember that about Conan's Secret ID stuff and always call him Kudo =)

Aaand why do we mind? Maybe the reason why DC kids shown such irresponsible is exact as why MC (Main Character) in Hentai games is made so poorly.... C'mon - who got my point here?

Like i know... I just remebered it suddenly =) There was a (can't remeber that word) and it turns out that a lot of grown ups can't tell 2 + 2 is 4 =) (well not that but you got the point =) ) So if these kids are some old bosses they could simply forgot all =) So sure they pissed off by the fact that they have to stay at school =)
And we have no idea what BO previous failures in drugs were =)

Though personally, I think Mitsuhiko is a genius for his age...
Ayumi helps in a coincidental way (like saying something that makes Conan realize something) most of the time, and Genta is arrogant and he only wants to be recognized, that's why he wants to do detective stuff

And finally, why Conan tolerates them all? I think he had no choice, it's the environment he had to live in (cause he's in child form). He might be suffering some sort of dilemma, thinking if he still wants to go back to his "Shinichi life" or stay with his current "Conan life" (it's like choosing between Ai and Ran - love triangle )

I think Conan likes being a Kid again. No matter what he says. I meant that personally my childhood in school sucked.
