I feel like tazing Sera took away all opportunities for trust there...  But yeah seeing Conan's reaction would make sense, since he seems suspicious of Conan.  Plus, he was probably more likely to know where Conan was going than where Jodie was going (although he did track Jodie down to the bank, so he could have been tracking her) and got lucky meeting both of them there.  If this guy is actually Bourbon (which I'm still not convinced on, by the way) then this is pretty bad news for Conan, seeing his reaction to Scar Akai (Jodie's is understandable, but Conan shouldn't really be too surprised from Bourbon's point of view), plus I think this is the first time that Bourbon has seen Jodie and Conan together, but in his investigations I wouldn't be surprised if he found out that Jodie was Ran's teacher, so it's not 100% suspicious.  The reaction, however, is.

I just saw that 'his voice is husky' is voiced aloud by Conan, meaning 'Akai's voice is husky'. So the random man's isn't actually husky, so we could rule out Bourbon in disguise. Maybe. We've seen that he doesn't like talking much in disguise, probably because he sucks at voice imitation.
Another thing, the man says he was sitting to the side behind Jodie. Judging from the flashbacks, it looks like he was sitting on the left side of her, but then he goes on saying the 'guy with the scar, your boyfriend?' I'm not too sure but from the angle of the flashback, it seem like the scar might not be visible, but

I think the "His voice is husky" comment was meant towards the random guy, like random guy says, "I'm sick" and Conan says "His voice is pretty husky" as a way of confirming that he's sick to Jodie. I hope that explanation made sense.

Also, I think it's pretty plausible that he would have seen the scar regardless, it's not unlikely that Scar Akai would have moved his head around, and he's even being shaken by one of the robbers in the flashback so it wouldn't be too surprising for someone sitting behind him to have noticed.  What convinces me that random guy is someone in disguise (other than the companions thing) is that Bourbon has no reason to be Scar Akai if he's not out looking for reactions.  It's not like he even needs to practice the disguise, he doesn't have to say anything >_<.  So for him to have been spotted by a random guy in a place where there were no plot characters doesn't really make sense.

The man wearing the cold mask could be Bourbon in disguise, he wouldn't bother appearing in front of Jodie disguised as Akai because he can't imitate his voice and he needs to actually ask her questions. Bourbon likes to investigate on his own, so he wouldn't ask Vermouth to disguise as him.

Bourbon shouldn't hang around to be questioned by the police whilst disguised as someone, he'd remove the disguise and the police would bring in the real guy and he wouldn't know what was going on so he would be their main suspect until Conan manages to clear his name.

When Conan was trying to tell Haibara that Akai isn't someone she knows and that he's already dead. he was almost smiling like he's trying to hide the truth from her. Conan wouldn't smile at all if he thought Akai was really dead

I feel like the random man is too obvious of an inconsistency for him to be Bourbon.  He's not nearly careless enough to make such a huge error, and it's not like he would have to make up being the woman's husband to have an excuse to remember her, considering she made such a scene.

I mean, think about how fast it was noticed by people in the spoiler box.  Right after the spoilers came out everyone was like, "WAIT ALL OF THE PEOPLE TYING PEOPLE UP WERE ALONE WTF WHO IS THIS MAN???"

I also think the man with the mask might be Bourbon. One think that could suggest that is the victim recognizing him while the sick man should have recognized her as well but doesn't say anything.
Also, if he really is Bourbon and wants to investigate both Jodie and Conan, he could've lied about seeing Scar Akai 2-3 days before just so that he sees their reactions.

I don't see a problem of him being questioned. he was with Jodie the whole time and won't be suspected.

about Conan smiling when talking about Akai with Haibara, he was just trying to hide the fact Akai was her sister's bf

I just noticed Haibara wasn't that far away from them and she would have sensed Bourbon if he was around.

Only Akai would be able to mention dropping the canned coffee right at that moment but Akai shouldn't have asked Jodie if the man with the scar on his face was her boyfriend, Akai already knows how Jodie feels.

But I really doubt Akai would do something like that...too dangerous for him.
The man can be Bourbon,in order to investigate on Conan,and see how much he knows about his plan.

Anyway I guess we won't have new information with this case,but a flashback from Ai about Akai when he was in the BO would be nice.

It looked like the woman recognized the man when he spoke to her.

The man should be someone in disguise otherwise Jodie would get into trouble.

The man would tell the police he was with Jodie earlier and that she gave him her number. The man might tell the police what they talked about, the police would question Jodie about the scar faced man she's looking for and the apparent attack at an hospital.
