I liked it, but the attempt to make the father sympathetic again at the end could not sway me :V

yeah, I figured it had a decent chance of happening, though I was hoping it wouldn't, but I was amazed at just how sharp a turn it took in that direction with that episode.

I don't know how much of this can be trusted but apparently, they made it clear that they are not going to ship Holmes and Watson sexually.
