I used this pageto encode it and I use a very simple cypher before that

the filler letters (used only for the caesar part) are:  filer here

Let me give you a hint you are not going to like

those red letters are the filler but the filler is not Filer Here in order, it  is more mixed up then that

Since most the filler is not in the message I will tell you that

Code R is plaintext E

also Nix you like Mdavid keep forgetting the R at the End. The last group is O-G-D-R
