What will happen if a new song after "As the Dew" (Raychut thinks) will be released while the contest is going on?

It'll be added to the contest in the best way possible so that it doesn't mess up the whole contest structure, and is still fair to the other openings. Basically, it'll be done on a case-by-case basis (no pun intended).
