I choose Hime-Chan's Ribbon
Ending for the anime felt like it was left open, and I have yet to pass the anime in the manga

I think I'd go with either Spice and Wolf or Nana. Neither has been properly ended. ^^'

Agreed, the last episode of the anime was really weird. I watched the anime before I read the manga and I didn't understand a thing of the ending, so reading the manga was very helpful

Furuba is also one of the many shoujo anime-adaptation that I wish had more episodes.

^ Yes. At first they put the episodes in by random manga chapters. They missed some important charcters or plots. Whats worse is their turning it's other plots into a live action film now. Frankly the LA sucks.
