Sera would be in a really awkward position if she started dating Amuro, considering he hates her beloved big brother.

AFAIK, in a Gundam novel, Amuro and Sayla Mass are in sexual/romantic relationship (not officially canon though) eventhough Amuro and Char/Casval are mortal enemies. At one point, Char acknowledged that relationship.

I'm not a Gundam fan (so there might be mistake there), I was just interested that Gosho use Gundam background in DC. While I'm against shipping the two, because it will just complicate/ruin the plot, I think it is a possibility.

I still don't know why Scar Akai (Amuro) or Vermouth knows Sera. If I were Akai, I would definitely hide that my sister ever existed for her protection: first, as an FBI agent and importantly, as a BO member. So Sera's identity to BO might only mean:
a) Akai was careless, Vermouth/Bourbon was able to trace her
b) Sera was careless, she might unknowingly made herself known to BO, by any means
c) Sera might have joined or be connected with a BO member. That's why I'm thinking that this SeraXAmuro is a possibility. It might be romantic (I'm against) or affiliate.

Crack pairing or it would be a love-hate thing with the emphasis on hate... Or one or both of them would have to keep their true alignments a secret.

And I imagine Sera, what with her constant hint-dropping to Ran that Conan is Shinichi, would accidentally end up leading the Black Org. straight to the Mouri Detective Agency, since Amuro only seems to get that Conan's behind the Sleeping Kogorou bit, not that he's Shinichi Kudou.

It would certainly give the phrase "I'm a bad kid after all" a whole new meaning...

I see why the majority would be against this pairing, or only support it as a crack!thingie, but I wouldn't really mind if Gosho'd hint something like that, though probably subtle since it could easily overlap the more important plot lines, but I'd really prefer this kind of scenario over a Shuu-Amuro-Akemi love triangle that originally leaded to their rivalry, because that's even more of a cliché.

So yeah, I'm in the minority here to say that wouldn't mind it and if it's well and reasonably written without pushing either character into an OOC corner, I'd totally like it. They do look good together. But that's just my two cents. X'D
