When I drawing this pic I notess Heiji was walking all alone so I drew people walking by him and conan walking with him.
then I thout what is thouse people thinking about.   
So there are fan people in background,staking people,and a killer. 

Thats way I call this one "Somebody's Watching Me"
and because I was listening to that song when I drew it.
