If she makes more she better hide them well so Ayumi doesn't find them and decide to play with them. I could see Ayumi mistaking Gin's doll for a woman and have "her" go for tea/dinner/date with Okiya. If Haibara's voodoo dolls work, the real life consequences would be... awkward.
