As a hick Grammar Roman, clearly I fail.
I think your cousin is crazy.  As far as where I live, y'all is always plural.  "All y'all" would just be emphasizing the plurality.
yeah, basically this, "all y'all" exists because "y'all" doesn't necessarily always mean "you all" like it would suggest. You can be with 5 people, and only address 3 of them using "y'all", while if you say "all y'all", chances are you're talking to all 5 of em.

y'all versus y'alls just depends on who you're talking to and what they feel like saying at the time. Not like "y'all" versus "all y'all" is an exact science either :P

maybe not south, but I've known more than a fair share of people who use y'all on a normal basis (namely my mother's side of the family). Could just be area differences too, though.

Mom gave me a camera as my Christmas Present <3 It's her old one and I've been begging and begging for her to give it to me since she got a new one but she's told me that I'd have to pay what it's worth now if I want it T__T
But she checked the price and apparently realized that I'd never be able to pay for it in years so she finally gave it to me <3333
No more annoying small digital cameras that I lose or cell phone cameras, a real camera! <3
