Just saying but Part 1(episodes 1~9) are the LESS INSANE parts of it. Just started Part 2 and it's...freaking ridiculous.

HxH is my favorite shonen of all time but starts slow, so keep up with it.

Because Canaan is the sequel (to a VN called 428 something).  And it's not talked about much because it doesn't have too much of a connection to the more popular franchises.

it might be the sequel to something, but I can still see the "where's the sequel" sentiment because the ending was totally intentionally setting up for something else.

but yeah, Alphard...I can understand why Liang Qi acts that way. hahaha.

The plots kind of all over the place sometimes in the series, but I enjoyed it.  I still don't quite get why Alphard offed Siam, and I was kinda confuzzled regarding the story the whole time after the stealth bomber on the conference.

I also really liked when Canaan kind of adopted Alphard's hairstyle.  Is it because Canaan sees herself in Alphard, the same way Alphard does with Siam?

well yeah, but that doesn't mean people should just give up on sequels. Tell that to all the people who want a Megaman Legends 3, even though Capcom hates Megaman and will probably never do it
