I liked season 2 more than season 1 - less Euphie (haahah), Nina, and Shirley.  Unforunately, more Suzaku and Rolo.

But, it's got a kickass opening - ASSAAA NO YORRUUUU

On episode 2 of Code Geass season 2 right now. My main thoughts so far:

LELOUCH IS JUST LIGHT YAGAMI, ISN'T HE. RIGHT DOWN TO THE DAMN MEMORY LOSS ARC. I mean, not self-inflicted, but still. He even said "exactly as planned", dammit!

Also, what the hell is wrong with the Chinese guys? All of them?

Who is Rollo and where is Nanali? If Nanali is dead, I am going to cry.

GEASS, GEASS EVERYWHERE. At this rate that blue-haired dude with the motorbike whose name I always forget is going to turn out to have a geass, because geez, seriously. EVERYONE HAS DEM CRAZY EYES.

Still, it's good to see how Zero's cloak is still fabulous and swishy.

Rewatching Death Note for reasons. I love how the manga is so subdued, but the anime makes a teenager writing in a notebook the most epic thing you will ever see.

2. I watched the first couple episodes for Hallowe'en to get Saya's uniform down and just kept watching.

4. I watched through Blood -C recently, and remembered how much more I loved this series.
