there isn't really much treatment for it though, so even if he goes to a doctor who says "yep, you got it", not sure it'd help him out much.
Yeah I swear it runs in my dad's family. Some of them are absolutely hopeless at it. How to cope? Marry someone who doesn't have it. That's what everyone here did :x It's funny. Dad's bad with it, Mum was really good. So I'm kinda OK
Edit: actually, maybe I'm not. As a child I did think the Prime Minister and my uncle looked the same or were the same person when I saw him on TV. Like I thought my uncle was on TV. :x

I think this actually is a clinical condition (nothing serious). Have you thought about checking it with a doctor?
It's not that bad. I can tell people apart. It just takes me a few (long) seconds to realize something's wrong. It also doesn't help with my terrible eyesight.
I tend to sneeze when I feel embarrassed or think about something embarrassing. :x

I multitask ALL THE TIME. I can't just sit and watch a movie, I have to have my laptop out and be writing at the same time, or be playing my DS or something. I write my best when I'm watching anime. I tend to play Pokemon and read at the same time.
Possibly it's because I'm a terrible fidget. When I have nothing in my hands, I end up shredding my fingernails.
me too! I have a hard time concentrating if I'm not doing anything with my hands. I knit or make crochets (?), anyway some needlework, to keep my nails, skin and hair intact...

I also shred my fingernails or scratch around the table when I'm reading/studying/concentrating on something :V
I also like to play around with my earrings or necklace too.

I do that too. I just got an L necklace and I wear it a lot and fiddle with it all the time. I used to constantly play with my earrings when I still wore them, too.

I'm fidgety too. The worst is when I'm reading something and I have a clicky pen nearby. I try not to have clicky pens nearby unless I'm alone for that reason.
As for the multitasking thing, I write my best when I'm listening to music. It clears my mind. I can't watch TV/movies or anything like that while I'm writing though because the talking distracts me.

Same here. If I don't have music on and am studying, it feels too quite (and kinda scary :V).
Same to not being able to see TV/Movies too.

Whenever I find something extremely hilarious, I itch my eyes. I don't know why, I just do.
Also, when I'm really tired or bored, and I say words that end with '-ing' I just leave off the 'g'.
