Wow, this thread is so dead. Does everyone hate Yamamura SO much? Or is it just a very busy time of the year? The case itself isn't that bad... but I guess not plot-relevant enough?

The maid told Conan and Heiji that she was never being scolded since she came to the mansion but the butler said recently the master keep scolding her just because of some trivial matter, thought that the maid had some purpose to come to the mansion.

After hearing what butler said, Conan and Heiji suspected the maid is lying that the master had called her to certain room but never met, but actually the maid and master had met each other.

Ran and Kazuha borrowed refrigerator key from the maid to keep some dumplings they made in the refrigerator, the maid hid behind them and made a sinister face.

My conclusion: The maid killed the master and hid the corpse inside the refrigerator.

after reading chapter 836 I can see the maid is suspicious and the master probably called her there for a reason, but I don't see yet why would she kill him. Was it because of what happened to her mother, the maid who died 6 months before?

also another thing that stuck out is that the master's vampire face was looking the same when the opened the coffin, in the picture and then at the window. So I think it's safe to assume it was some illusion trick.

Kogorou told Heiji there is one person who is admired his genius deduction and directly requested to be his apprentice, Ran knew her father was talking about Amuro, after explained Amuro's personal detail, Heiji showed interest and decided to meet Amuro, Conan is in panic.
