where are we?

for the last 2 and a half years i've been watching the DC anime and finally i'm gonna catch up to the weekly episodes(currently on 648) so now my next target is the manga. so where is the anime in comparison to the manga? most importantly have all the chapters been animated cuz i remember a page which listed the anime and the manga and the order of the anime and the manga were really messed up in terms on chronology. and the final question is how the story progress in the manga? is every chapter a case? every volume has X cases or something else?

Episode 648 should be around files 771-773-ish

it lists the corresponding Manga chapters (if there are any )

I'm pretty certain all the Manga chapters have/are being animated, but there are numerous filler anime episodes, which is probably why the chronology is screwed up.

so what chapter is the latest one? and how is in compare to the latest anime episode? (pretty sure it aired yesterday)

according to the page i saw the order was messed up from the beginining, something i never fully understood.

The latest Manga chapter is actually FAR ahead of the anime, because the anime put WAY to much filler in it. The latest episodes match up with 796-800 (i used the Detective Conan Wiki actually). The latest manga chapter was chapter 835.

Also, where did you see that page with the order? Never noticed it anywhere...

To be precise, the anime is basically always around 9-10 months behind the manga (so the volumes have been fully exploited when the anime airs).  File 837 will be published next wednesday in Japan, episode 674 adapting chapter 800 will be airing next saturday. Prior to this episode, all chapters before chapter 800 will have been adapted so you don't need to worry about the order.

Wakarimashita - thanks, i will catch up to the anime and start with chapter 800, 37 chapters will be a piece of cake in comparison to alomost 700 episodes+15 movies, OVA, LIVE ACTION and other stuff i've been watching.

I think they switched the first few episodes around but they should be in chronological order now.
