While I don't want to post an overall opinion about this case without reading the last file translated, I didn't like Sera in it at all (and I don't usually find her annoying). Kid also seemed somewhat worse than usual (and I don't normally dislike Kid cases)

I have gone to the men's room instead of the woman's about 5-6 times because the woman's had a long line or something similar (most of those when I was a teenager) so that concretely doesn't sound too weird to me.
Well, if you don't like Kid, then this chapter should be considered pretty good. I mean, he got a flying kick to the face by Sera—and you know that's GOT to hurt more than Conan's soccer balls. xD
Come to think of it, I'm suddenly wondering how she'll react to the news that Akai's alive. I mean, will she be happy, sad, or downright furious? He has a bit to worry about for their reunion. xD

I have a feeling that her flying heel kick would hurt more with shoes on poor Akai. I mean if Moffet implied John might start cursing out Sherlock Sera's going to down right try to murder Akai.

Nakamori is suffered with pain, first being kicked on the nut, then being bit by a turtle. Who tells him to pull Sera's cheek without any permission and a turtle vented its whole anger on biting finger for being ill-treated.
Kogorou is still suspicious, he comes and says he was concerned for Ran, but he didn't go home with Conan and others. It is possible that Vermouth or Amuro disguised as Kogorou, Vermouth comes to investigate Kaitou Kid, Amuro is to see Conan the way he using Sleeping Kogorou, but Conan ended up tranquilized Sonoko instead.
Since File 793 onward, there is always had Okiya, Sera and Amuro, at least one of them appeared and gave some hints of their past. Next series with Heiji appeared, either Heiji appears alone or with Kazuha. Anyways, will Heiji still tease Conan for hiding his confession to Ran, will Conan tell Heiji about Amuro. I wish Heiji can meet Amuro or Sera again, see if Sera going to payback to Heiji for being snubbed in File 781.
Okiya had already appeared more than 200 chapters and Heiji still have not meet him yet. Look like Gosho had no intention to create a storyline for them to meet each other. Conan is just reminded Heiji about Eisuke and request Heiji to investigate Eisuke, will Conan request Heiji to investigate Amuro this time, then Heiji could find information about Amuro's past including his relationship to Date and police academy.
Sera technically was pinched earlier, but everyone missed her going to the toilets and 'coming back' so they saw no need for her to be checked so thoroughly again, I guess...?
What I'm more annoyed about is the fact that apparently Sera went into the male toilets because the female ones were full... I mean, what?

Why is that so wrong? Perhaps she desperately needed to go or just wanted to hurry up? I know I've done that too when I was desperate. Simply focus your eyes on the stalls out of respect when passing through, and go. It's not like you know the people, the worst you can get is angry staring eyes. Or laughter (this the most with guys ). Besides, don't forget Sera is American, so she won't show the typical modest Japanese behaviour.

Everything at the same time? I already feel for Akai. Such a mixed cocktail of feelings can be quite deadly. I mean, first she'll excitedly fling herself around his neck with a broad smile, then she'll break down and cry, only to end with a massive uppercut and kicking combo while cursing him to dead again ... I agree. Kogorou acted way too suspiciously during this arc to only serve as a red herring. I doubt it's Vermouth 'though, since she's a great actress and wouldn't mess up his behaviour like this. There's a good possibility Amuro disguised himself as him, but then we'll need to see how the real Kogorou will react when everyone gets home, as he wouldn't have the slightest idea what's been going on. I guess that's also why the usual square at the end of the chapter didn't appear; the arc isn't really over yet.
Now that I'm reading chapter 829, Kogorou does kinda show Amuro's happy-go-lucky personality.

...fairly sure I'd get kicked out if I tried that in most places .
As it is, there's only one time I remember doing that and it was 'cause there was one male toilet, one female toilet and the female one had... certain stuff in it that shouldn't've been there. And even then, I'd've looked elsewhere if it weren't for the fact that it was pretty much the only guaranteed place nearby.
If it was just queues as the reason Sera was there, I'd wait it out or locate some other ones. In places like where this case is, there'd likely be one on every floor...
Still, people are different and I guess Aoyama must know some people who have done it for him to put it in .

I'm trying to solve the case without looking at spoilers. I gave it a shot already, but since it is a Kid case I am expecting that -and have been told- the solution is somewhat... interesting. I have tried to come up with various backup stupid solutions to be safe, such as foldable robotic turtles, and false backs or floors/dead spaces hidden in the wall or floor, and secret holes cut in the tank mesh, but I need some advice without spoiling the solution.
Are the officers who search the tank completely ineffective at looking for modifications or anything out of the ordinary?
Does Gosho understand how magnetism works and use it even semi plausibly?

I expected more from Kid and from Sera. It seems Kid went through the trouble of getting Sera's clothes too, but it seems she was too flat chested to see she was a girl. I wonder though if Kid!Sera checked someone(Ran, Sonoko), but if he checked Ran, he'll be getting a football in his face kicked at max strength from Conan. At least he got that face kick from an almost naked Sera . About that, i laughed at that colored version with strawberry pattern
I have to wonder why it was necessary for Sonoko to do the deduction, not Kogorou. He has been acting weirdly so is it possible someone else is disguised as him? Someone else suggested Kogorou being disguised too before I think...
Well, solution was MK style in a way. More aimed at humour and less at making much sense . Still, at least it wasn't DB BBQ again.
