Sorry for the delay. I don't think the stairs to Haibara's lab room are shown in this set. Other episodes that show Agasa's house layout that should also be checked are Blue Spark of Hate, the beginning of Hidden Bathroom Secret, the aftermath of the Four Porsches, and the scene where Ran visits Haibara in Desperate Revival.

I must say, the bed is throwing me off a bit. I could have sworn both of them (Haibara and Agasa) slept in the same bedroom.

That is most likely just your imagination. Though they're close, Haibara still has the mindset of a young adult woman and Agasa is an old man. As such, them sleeping in the same room would be creepy from their point of view. It's like pedophilia AND the creepy college-professor-and-young-student relation, all in one.

Anyways, when I think about it, Aoyama probably drew up blueprints of the houses at some point, or at least Agasa's since it's so frequently featured. Do you think he'll ever print them in an information book of sorts?

Usually in booklets and such they have artwork of building layouts. You'd just have to find some good scans.

I can't recheck right now but that scene may belong to Movie 5.

That door Agasa leaves in the top left picture leads to a room which connects to the shower. That door is not actually the door to the shower. There is another door inside that leads to the shower. Otherwise it would mean that Agasa walked in on Ayumi...

I think he means the door on the right of Agasa. Which is the door that leads to the basement.
