Actually Kor you are right on being on these three people.
And the best possibility is Sera. Look on the position Sera is on the 5th panel on the picture you posted it seems she is in the most "ready" position.

And as she falls down from the carpet take notice as her hand is on her hat which could mean the turtle is inside there.
Sera worried on the jewel could also distract people from seeing her movements.

And even though the same thing can be said of Kogoro on the way he lands after the carpet goes down why would he smack is head in the aquarium in the first place.

And for Sonoko where is she going to hide the turtle since it seems she lacks pockets?  In her bra or *ahem* down there that poor turtle.

sera is most ready mainly because she is a martial artist. so she must aware about her surrounding.

highest candidate is kogoro since he recently came and kogore not interested on it.

we havent solve how did he get the turtle thought. only thing that i can think is he drill a hole under it. he probably use rock to hide it. then lure the turtle

If Kaitou Kid is disguised as Sonoko, this means he knows Sonoko is admired him, but Sonoko didn't address Kid as "Kid-sama" this time like she always do.

I personally think, that the turtle is possibly still inside the tank, hidden from view by a fake "backwall" inside the aquarium. Using a cover to imply that something or someone has moved into or from a perfectly locked area is a "common" technique of magicans and thereby perfetly fit for Kid. While everyone freaks out, he can quietly retrieve it at a later time. Also, if you look at the first panel on the last page:

The seemingly monochrome background of the aquarium would give itself for this sort of trick (It is said to be concrete, so it's most likely just bland grey). The fake "wall" doesn't even have to be solid, it could just be a cover that had been placed inside before, wrap your card in it and you can make the turtle "vanish" and even "leave" your card without ever coming close to the aquarium.

All of this is even foreshadowed pretty heavily in form of the coke can, that even made the cover, so most likely Conan will come to realize that the turtle is still there and rushes back to confront Kid and might or might not have a talk with him about the happenings on the train

I might be seeing things wrong, but isn't that a Sonoko panty shot? Cause if it is, and it turns out that Kid was Sonoko.........well.......that's not fanserice, it's a very weird fanservice (I can't tell to who exactly a "Kaito disguised as Sonoko panty shot" would be aimed at)
All of that said, though, this is just based on "hope" and no real logic, so it's very possible Kid really disguised as Sonoko.

IMO, of the 4 candidates for being Kid in disguise (Kogoro, Nakamori, Sera, and Sonoko) only 2 are actually valid: Kogoro and Sonoko. It was already shown Nakamori was really himself, and that's valid for Sera too (yes, she went to the restroom alright; and Kid could have knocked her out in the restroom, sure; but who in his right mind would try to knock out a Jeet-Kun-Do expert? Not me, that's for sure); not to mention Kid has only met Sera once and for a very small amount of time, so he wouldn't be able to pull off acting like her, IMO.

Kogoro appears to be a candidate because he simply showed up out of nowhere even if he had apparently said he wasn't interested; but Kid has already disguised as Kogoro before.

My deduction/prediction is that the only person that can be Kid right now is actually Sonoko. She said she went to the restroom, but...:

Ran hints at a possible inconsistency. She didn't notice Sonoko went to the restroom at all. In addition, Sonoko also directs Sera away from the nearest restroom, stating it was crowded. However, it could also be a diversion - Kid might have hid Sonoko there after knocking her out, something that Sera might notice.

Check the top part of the page. Sonoko appears to notice the wire and the carpet getting lifted, but the way it's presented is rather odd. It seems more like Kid was interested in how Ran walked away from the part where the carpet was about to be lifted, checking her cellphone. Perhaps he imagined Sonoko had texted her best friend asking for help?

Not a break from the author but a break in publication because of obon. There are 4 of those every year : one in april-may for Golden Week, one in august for obon and 2 in december-january.

Okay, my thoughts on everybody at the scene and the likeliness of each of them being Kid:

Mouri--Showed up just unexpectedly. Very suspicious. Perhaps so suspicious that it's really just a red herring.

Sera--Went to the bathroom, so there was an opportunity for a switch. And Kid could possibly have gotten her with sleeping gas or something. But for some reason, I highly doubt it.

Sonoko--Looked confused at the carpet string, but that could possibly be an act. The bathroom conversation almost certainly holds a clue of some sort, but it doesn't necessarily mean she's Kid.

Nakamori--Most likely not. We got thought bubbles from him.

Ran--Again, suspicious bathroom conversation may or may not mean anything. Walked off the carpet just before it started to hang, seemingly because she saw something on her phone, but again, that could be acting. Also, perhaps the cell phone was used in some way to start the carpet hanging, though I think I'm stretching things a bit with that.

Jirokichi--Not really seeing anything particularly for or against this.

Conan--Okay, this one's a joke. We all know it's not.

As I said before, I don't think it'd be easy to knock Sera out without retaliation on her part, plus Kid isn't familiarized enough with her.

"She" didn't seem to be actually looking at the carpet string. The way I see it, "Sonoko" was actually looking at Ran and not at the string; which would mean confusion on "her" part as to why Ran moved and/or who texted her (possibly the real Sonoko asking for help?). The layout of those panels might be set up so it could go either way, if she was actually looking at the string it might have been shown more explicitly.
