isn't a little bit early for the final arc? (sarcasam)

Yeah, that's what I said (and I didn't say it sarcastically). It's too early, there's a lot of stuff missing.

At most, I'd say that Conan and the FBI cell he's in cahoots with (CAHOOTS!) require at least the true name of the BO (or part of it), the location of its main HQ, and a pretty damn good plan in order for the show to have a final arc. Ideally, they'd also have to have seized a few samples of APTX4869 for Haibara to examine. IMO, that'd be the ideal endgame situation.

Before that, I can't see the end happening, or at least not a good one.

I definitely think we are looking at dry ice inside the vase as part of the solution because of the condensation. That ice cream cake would not have stayed cold in his room otherwise. Turning off the air conditioning in the room was to probably speed the sublimation. As for the key, maybe it was wrapped under the grip tape in one of the tennis racket handles?

This seems like a case where timing is key, so a detailed chronological listing of where the suspects were in order to look for inconsistencies or opportunities is probably a good idea.

Spoiler:
I had totally forgotten that it was once mentioned in DC that you can get dry ice from cake packages. WELP.

I somehow remember that was in episode 379-380 Case of the Long Sleeved Kimono and Snowy Hot Spring, these are AO episodes but Gosho have copied from AOs before: The Valentine Day Murder & Gomera Movie Murder theme were both first done in AO then in manga.

Why is Conan making that worried face on the last page? Normally he has this "Ha, I found out the trick"- smirk

I can think of two explanations:
1. By the location of his body on the previous frame he is standing in front of Bourbon who can see his face so giving the obvious "I Seez" face and have it caught by Bourbon would be a bad idea.
2. When the murder motive was revenge and/or a misunderstanding etc Conan sometime make a sad/worried face when he figures out the trick and culprit.

That was my initial thought, but apparently the cops didn't find the key there
Unless you're referring to something else.

A few of things I noticed while reading
Spoiler:
1-The culprit killed the victim using the vase, then set up a trick using ice/dry ice after turning the AC off to let the vase fall and make that "thud" noise. It could be placing the vase on the shelf at an angle on the ice so when it melts/sublimates the vase falls for example.

2-The stings being twisted while not having the key wrapped leads me to think the culprit used the string as a hand wrap somehow to hide their fingerprints, which could be the evidence?

3-Kotone has the spare key, she could've lied about it being lost, used it to commit the murder, then dispose of it somehow during showering (I've flushed my keys down the toilet once!!!!) and like Yokomizo says here it could be easily disposed of down a sink http://www.dctp.ws/V78-Reader/V78-9Read/A12.html.

4-Kotone is the only one that said she got a response from the victim when she knocked.

5-The cool from the gap underneath the door is probably because of the dry ice/ice sublimation/melting not the air conditioner.

6-The thing I found the weirdest, is that I'm leaning towards Kotone being the culprit, but why would she invite Conan and a bunch of people over?

So two questions how to get the air to circulate under the door if you are using Ice and how much ice is needed for that effect.
I noted that 1)Conan complained about the Ac being off, meaning sometime while he was in the room the AC was on. 2) As not one talked about it being muggy (as least directly, Conan commit about heat could indirectly suggest that) the amount of ice or dry ice needed for what some of you suggest given the evidence seem to not be possible. Ran commit suggest a great deal of cooling coming under the door. But that kind of cooling would require either choking ( Room air tight but for under the door. Dry Ice is Co2 and too much co2 could kill you) or very wet ( Lack of water but for the vase, no sign of water spots) Not sure if moving the body was needed. But the vase falling is really a red herring, a timing trick to slow down the discovery of the murder. The killer seem to want others to think the death happened when the vase fell. It likely happened before. Ice under the vase should have left water spots or stains on the cabinet. But no mention of that. Maybe somehow Conan movement set off the vase falling. again the question I got is how was the AC turned off. It clear it was on when Conan entered the room, otherwise he would have looked for another room to rest in. The whole point of using that room was it was cool because of a working AC. Some how it got turned off, and I do not think it happened during the murder. Conan might have noticed the change and woke up. But how was the AC without anyone in the room turned off?
