How else do you reconcile his sniping ability (cybernetic muscular precision and breathing control) and his uncanny ability to predict the Black organization's moves (its obvious: he hacked into Gin's eyes; Gin also has a cyberbrain, which is why he can't seem to remember faces after a while (bad memory cells))

His loong dark hair, which he actually didn't cut down =) And a coffee patch =) And adrenalin patch... And that stuff for snipers... And... I wear a leather jacket just for pockets - he wears his hat for additional space =) Or maybe his brain overheating =)
