It should be illegal to find that episode funny.

Well, there's a bit of Comic Relief when a case ends..
When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

And Ofc. There is always only one truth!

At last.. Be yourself always, always put a smile, be happy .. cause we're not the one to decide when our smile vanishes. . . Forever..

any parts where Heiji so oblivious about Kazuha's love. and it's even worse by some of Heiji's action that can be misinterpreted

One of the best examples of this is definitely the end of The Design of Poison and Illusion. He simply stops listening to Kazuha and even quickly absconds from the confession (which hilariously only falls in Detective Takagi's ears) JUST TO PUSH CONAN INTO SPILLING THE BEANS ABOUT THE LONDON CONFESSION.

And speaking of misinterpreted actions, Kazuha definitely has not a tiny bit of a fujoshi in her. With all the apparent hints at Heiji being infatuated with his beloved "Kudo", I'm amazed that she's not freaking out at the possibility of losing his love interest TO A MAN.

As for the funniest bit in DC, for me... I seriously can't recall, there have been a lot of them for me. Though if I had to pick an example, I'd definitely say "Shiranpuri". The whole ordeal. Complete with Jodie-sensei's nonchalant explanation afterwards, as if it wasn't a completely silly trick.

Another example would have to be Eisuke's "THEY WERE KISSIIIIIIINNNNNGGGGGGG" scene. Driven further by the suspect's response: "I suppose that was too intense for an innocent young man."

Oh yeah, I was amazed that woman was a woman too! She REALLY looked like a man...

I think my favorite bit was when Ran was trying to get Conan to wear matching pajamas. Also, after Yukiko convinced Ran that Conan was a distant relative and NOT Shinichi and Ran left, Yukiko reminded him about how he and Ran bathed together. The reminder that this would have gotten him killed if Ran identified him as Shinichi was very funny. In fact, there's a good chance that Ran will remember every single moment that Conan saw her body when she learns he's Shinichi. That scene, when it comes, will be awesome.

I can already picture it.

All the time.

I can't think of a specific funny moment. There are many funny situations, but they're mostly funny dialogue (Conan or Ai being sarcastic or cynical, or acting like children/failing to act like children). For example, when Sato offered to give the DB anything they want, and Ai and Conan ask for quite specific things (a Prada handbag and a ticket to some football game, if I recall corrently) while the children want 1000 hamburgers and a trip to the moon.
