I hope it's Fusae. And I don't see how it would be helpful/reasonable if it were Yukiko...

^ cause Fusae have not appeared for EONS while Yukiko is a reoccuring charecter and solid relationship with Vermouth. ( remember Fusae being undercover agent have not been proven by any source yet)

Who says she's got to be undercover? If Akai's using her to gather info I doubt he'd use someone as easily tracked as his FBI colleagues. The entire point of him faking his death was 'fool your allies to fool your enemies'. That means that any of Akai's allies the org would check out (close relatives, fellow FBI agents) couldn't know and it has to be someone the org don't know he has a good link to.
That applies to Fusae and Yukiko, but not Jodie.

More evidence points to Yukiko now. But why would she get herself involved with the BO especially when she knows about her son's case? That I still not understand.

in the latest manga chapter, its proven to be Yukiko and Scar Akai (at least for this time) is Vermouth.
Yukiko may want to question her close friend (and role model), Sharon Vineyard (aka Vermouth), why she's involved on that kind of organisation.

[Vermouth arc(not actually but she surprised Conan at their house)London Arc,Bourbon arc] and that one episode too..i don't remember but she's wearing green..then she's with Yuusaku at that time too..
