Vermouth clears the stairwell and building of blood and fingerprints and later the body of the real silver haired man is found when the police arrive. The death was ruled a suicide but later Shinichi hypothesizes Vermouth sacrificed the man to cover her trail. Sharon and Yukiko talk the next day by phone while Sharon clutches her side in the precise place where the serial killer was shot. She asks Yukiko to tell Ran there was an angel for her.

there is a scene where Gin and Vermouth talk. and Gin talk about Akai is the reason why Vermouth disguise as a serial killer back in the Newyork.

Can Yukiko disguise her voice without device like Vermouth and Kid?

@Borealis. That's what I'm asking. Can she.. dress as Eri to fool Ran or something of that kind? I ask because I want to know if Yukiko can disguise as existed character which would effect a certain manga case.

I am not sure of she can make it sound like somebody specific but in the episode where she "kidnaps" Conan by pretending to be Conan's mother she apparently disguised her voice.

Given they are all Toichi disciples, their skill should be approximately equal,maybe Kaito is a little better but Yukkio and Vermouth should be on the same level. Yukkio definitely could use a different voice to avoid being recognized: Episode 42/144-145/345/418/London Arc etc she appeared in front of people that knew her very well including her own son and they couldn't recognize her and showed no sign of a voice changer. (144-145 Conan had to ask her a trick question to figure her out and that was her worst disguise ever).

I seen Theories out there that say those are Gin and Vodka's true name, since it is likely that BO send its top scientist on the immortality project to investigate the immortality arrow w/ escorts to keep an eye on her ofc.

There was no need for Yukkio to do so unlike in the cases of Kaito and Vermouth. There is no proof she can't, and as you pointed out there was no proof that she can however that can be explained with the "there was no need" defense.

Since there are no evidence suggest either way (She can or she can't) I'l go with this then.
