but for me, the most annoying is .. the fact that a 6 or 7 years old boy know the terminology of a game that can only buy and played legally by someone who is +17 years old.....

from the looks of the page he linked in his first post, he might be referring to the term "raise her flag"? It seems innocuous enough to me, but I guess that term could also be used in ero games for getting the attention of the other characters.

Mitsuhiko has a older sister. Once you have an older sibling, you get to know certain terms faster than other kids.
Still, children will always get to know some terms somehow. I know it from my childhood where everyone shared their knowledge, lol :x

And yeah, Gosho always threw some fan service in occasionally. He doesn't overdo it, so it's ok imo.

I would think that Gosho believes Conan's fan base has stayed the same and has just become older.
I doubt kids these days will start reading Conan. So maybe he is customising the manga for teenage/adult readers.

Obviously DC is not overflowing with fanservice, and that is good, but I like when there is something, except Conan's erh... butt, or Haibara and Ayumi in the bath.

So I really welcome Eri, Vermouth, Ran fanservice and wouldn't mind a Shiho one. Aaand if there would be something for us girls too (Hattori <3) that'd be awesome, but  this is shounen. _._

The "raise her flag" is just another way to say "pique her interest" which was in the original Japanese text. I'm sure Abs translated that way because it's easier to understand (and type), rather than trying to make a hentai out of Mitsuhiko.

I agree that it's been around for a long time. I thought we've seen Jodie in towel when Conan and Heiji went to her apartment? And also Conan and Heiji guessing the colour of girls' swimsuit at the beach? And Conan taking a bath with Ran at the public bath? I think it's fine as long as it's not overdone. It's not exactly everywhere.
