This chapter was awesome (even if it's not the entire thing). It was enough to make me come out of lurking just to comment.

Okiya drinking and smoking (excessively) with a contemplated look on his face.  And if he knew that Amuro was thinking about him, he would go "hehehehehehehehe" with that innocent smile of his.  :D   I can picture that.

Seems everyone else came up with same as me (and much more :x) when they first thought it.
Btw, this is just random speculation, but as someone's pointed out no one else has mentioned Okiya smelling of smoke before, so maybe he just gave up quitting 'cause he was feeling stressed? :x After all, his sister has possibly discovered him and he must have some idea about Haibara's suspicions. Not to mention that car chase and Conan just generally being incredibly reckless. Trying to hack a computer while getting drunk is kinda XD though.
I think the Okiya=Bourbon theorists are s'posed to think Vermouth and Gin have visited recently *shrugs*.
I am somewhat curious as to why Okiya was trying to hack Kogorou's computer though. It's not confirmed he was searching the videos and pictures yet so I have to wonder... oh well, if he did find the video it's gonna be awesome anyway so I'm hoping for confirmation on that. Also, if he was looking for more info about Amuro after the car chase it would make sense. Mouri and Ran were in the same car after all...
Amuro was using gloves to prevent fingerprints... anyone know under what circumstances fingerprint records are kept? Then again, he was careful with that phone in the Red Shirts case too so it may just be his useless attempt at cautiousness (assuming Scar!Akai is Amuro that is).
Can't wait for the train case and loving these spoilers <3

I doubt it, Amuro used the actual password so it isn't really 'hacking'. If Okiya knew the password he'd have used it himself instead of risking alerting anyone to him hacking it, and known how easy it was, but as he's accessing it from somewhere else I don't think he knows about it so wouldn't have any reason to try to check when Kogorou is logged on. (Sorry for any confusing wording there )
