The first for status quo sake, and the second since the only other "antidote" Haibara has taken was Baigar. Since then, in comparison, Conan has had at least six more than Haibara. The first time *NOTE: these times are from my bad memory* was roughly 29 hours, the second a day, the one right after about 5 hours, the one to London a little over 12 hours, the one where he confessed (really not sure on this one) 8 hours (?) and another 12ish (?) hours for the flight home.

Each time Shinichi supposedly builds up immunity, so Haibara has to amp up the power of the antidote. Even with immunity, Conan had approximately 92 hours under his belt as Shinichi aka almost four days. Considering that Haibara is taking what would be seven times more powerful than the only "antidote" she's taken, I believe by Gosho's established logic she could very well be around for a full week.

However, Gosho could always change his rules for the sake of convenience

Pretty much what I was saying too.  However, there's something worth noting that I just noticed after reading part 1 of this case (yes, I read part 2 before part 1, sue me).  The kids have those train rings.  They were all wearing them except for Conan.  Conan only finds one on the ground near the body.  Page 16 of part 1 shows that Mitsuhiko is still wearing his.  Page 2 of part 2 shows that Ayumi and Haibara are still wearing theirs.  So it was Genta who lost his ring, which is also kind of shown later in part 2 when you can see his hand without a ring.  This ring may end up being a crucial piece of evidence that shows the DB that the one who saves them was in indeed Haibara.  That or they'll be looking for their savior when they go on the train after Haibara shrinks back down.

I read the spoilers,and I'm quite happy,so many interesting things!!!

Yeah Shiho is back,she saved the DB who unfortunately took a picture of her ,so now Amuro saw Shiho,and he will probably make the link between Ai and Shiho^^
Okiya as well saw her!!!
So the next case may take place on the mystery train...If yes,then we won't see Shiho anymore,she'll revert to her child body,which would be disappointing for me 
btw Okiya smokes???this is surprising XDXD

I think it's pretty much certain, that the next arc will take place on the mystery train, with Amuro and Okiya being there. Shiho will probably have reverted to Ai, which means there is a good chance her identity will be found out. This means we're dedging ever so closer to the culmination of the Bourbon arc and before that, we'll probably have some sort of confrontation between Sera and Shiho (or Ai). Since it's made pretty obvious what Amuro is up to and we're getting further proof of Subarus identity (ashtray), their identities should be resolved soon. And I'm gone for 3 weeks. *headesk*

Shiho sure is in trouble,but I don't think Amuro's aim is Sherry,so maybe he'll use her as a bait to catch Akai.
Nvm,seeing Shiho only during 3 pages is really disappointing.unless she take an other antidote if she's in danger because of Amuro.
