In the recent files,she started to like Okiya only because he reminds her of Akai(Dai),so they were probably close in the past,or at least she appreciated Dai when he was in the BO.
So there will be a development in their relationship,even it's not in a romantic way.

But since Gosho likes to pair his characters,I wouldn't be surprised if they end up together.

1. So it's not just the pairing, it's the mountain of assumed back story as well straight from the hole? Also, when did not hiding from and liking be the same thing? Plus this all means she was totally cool with Dai ahead of time, just waiting for her sister to be out of the way.

2. Actually, people see a main female character, and thus she's incomplete. Gosho's motifs are just the 'scape goat, since I see people do this stuff for every show I doubt it's isolated. Also, all of the romances are supposed to be funny or comedic; there is absolutely nothing funny to be brought from these two; outside her not knowing who he is and assuming pedophile (apparently that is the essence of love).

EDIT: Wait? she liked Dai? Is that why she flipped out in fear just by seeing him driving in a car?
