As Abs. has said the names of the suspects have the words nezumi (mouse), usagi (rabbit) and kuma (bear) and the form reminds or rabbit ears and perhaps the body of the rabbit? It might be something more complex but it seems pretty probable is just that...

Shiho is back and will rescue the DB ~ I realized that after half a minute about getting sick to my stomache about my first idea.
Damn it that case will end badly for everyone. I just hope Shiho can explain her actions and find a way to shrink back without beeing noticed by anyone.

Well the duration of the drug seems to depend on the persons contition and since Shiho did it once a long time ago I think that her body will resist it a lot more,
it could be that Conan and Agase will finally stop following that dumb detective and take action.
There are children missing, there was a call from a girl who wittnessed a murder and yet that idiot can't count one and one together.

And I think I have figured out who the culprit is, the only thing missing is the reason why but that will be cleared up soon.

I say: Shino will save the DB, then hide from them. But is too sick to do much more and collapses. She then is found and taken to the hospital, and Conan has to get her out before anyone sees.

She's never taken the drug before.  She used paika, same as Kudo.  Then, Kudo used a very early prototype of the cure, and was in his Shinichi body for something like 28 or 29 hours, which Haibara noted was within the estimated timeframe.  So right off the bat, this is the basis that should be used for her current duration, as their personal levels of resistance are the same.  However, that's not accounting for the other variable: the strength of the cure.  Since then, she has made the cure much stronger.  During the Shinigami case, Kudo's first pill lasts about 24 hours as well.  The second lasts much less, but that's irrelevent for this purpose, as we only care about the first pill.  When he went to London, he took another pill.  A quick search seems to show the flight time as being 12 hours.  Add in standard airport times and the fact that it took about another 20min after they landed to wear off, and it probably lasted about 15 hours.

So, just considering this, it wouldn't surprise me if Haibara remained as Shiho for anywhere between 4 and 7 days.
