I don't think there are many people here who would argue that I don't find kittens criminally adorable, considering all the cute cat videos and pictures I've posted here in the past. The nyas are still irritating as hell though, it has nothing to do with machismo.

I think one ~nya is definitely helping.
You could also put ~nya at the top of your sig, so it's like saying ~nya in every post without posting it! DUN DUN!

Kleene's idea'd work as a good compromise I reckon. I personally don't mind either way, but the ~nyas make your posts distinctive and you've been keeping it up for a pretty long time (imo). Others find it annoying though so continuing it'll only make things more tense between you and them, as well as possibly reducing their opinion of you D:

I don't see anything cute in writing "nya" at the end of every sentence/post. I find it distracting.

My personal opinion is that Kleene's idea would work. That way the ~nya would still be there, but it wouldn't irritate those that are irritated by it.
