Major lol at Bourbon.

But Conan's character does change subtly after each BO arc:

First major meeting with the BO: peeks in from around the corner and barely pays any attention to his surroundings. Oops.
Second major meeting with the BO: almost jumps right into their arms, it's almost a miracle they didn't see him - but he at least TRIES (and succeeds) to not be caught.
Third major meeting with the BO: tries the 'behind a corner' routine again, but gets scared and passes out in a locker instead.
Fourth major meeting with the BO: jumps in directly having his hand forced, but makes all sorts of preparations in case he's killed. Which he almost is. But he WAS conscious of the fact that "Araide" might not have been trying to kill him.
Fifth major meeting with the BO: spends the entire arc trying to get the transmitter OFF the BO.
Sixth major meeting with the BO: spends the entire arc safely holed up in the hospital scheming.

He's getting more and more paranoid and calculated, and since the FBI stepped in, he's growing more confident and show-off-ish again. Which is awesome, because Shinichi is at his best when he's the most dramatic.

Kid: Thief who is hated by a certain user for insulting Conan. Now: Still hated by the same user, but now only to spite his fans.

Sonoko that Ayako and Yuuzo were supposed to be married "soon" about 500 chapters ago... I know it must have been put off a bit on account of the groom's dad being murdered by his brother, but has it actually been put off that long or has Aoyama just forgotten about them?
