He'd have to deal with his love for her conflicting with his hatred of them... he'd try to convince her to leave, to help him, and if she rejected him, no doubt it would utterly crush his soul. Either he'd go so depressive that he'd go stick ginger hair dye in Gin's shampoo (instant suicide), or he'd get violently angry, go murder everyone in the Org, including Ran, then himself because he couldn't live with himself.

Well she is to young so unless Eri and/or Kogoro are in the BO it'd be pretty much impossible. But it would be a pretty unexpected twist if it could be pulled of...
