I used to follow a fair few at different points in time like Formula 1, football (soccer), tennis, cricket, swimming, archery but not super religiously except for F1. Nowadays I watch swimming when I have the time, though I do try to watch the Olympics/Commonwealth Games when I can.

I'm obliged to recognize the existence of football and be aware when Hearts wins or Scotland plays England, but beyond that, don't generally care.
