Supporting/liking a pairing does not mean that you believe it will happen. For instance, I've come to like Heiji x Akako. Do I think it'll happen in the end?  Ha! I don't think they'll even be in the same city  With the way things have been going, I don't think you'll be depressed with the end. 

As for that...no, it is not crazy, but I must say that it definitely isn't healthy.

Anyway, why don't we get an actual topic started all up in here? Here's a question: what could Shinichi give Ran as a gift that would make her really, really happy? He gave her mitts before, but (though very sweet and made me smile) it was a bit...flat. I'm actually surprised she didn't have mitts before. xD

I guess what I'm trying to say is that Ran has Sherlock and soccer to go off of, but what could Shinichi get Ran that she'd like? Discuss

Maybe some posh cooking utensils that she doesn't have. Or he could locate a seriously cute dress that is easy to kick ass in and matching shoes (there is no greater declaration of love for a girl than being willing to go dress-shopping for her and finding something that works). Maybe a new gi (is that what they're called? Those white karate duds) with her name on it or something.

...I can't remember, does Ran have any interests beyond karate, cooking and Mother Henning everyone within reach?
