I can't figure out why the 3rd woman is the robber. She seems to genuinely be a lefty considering the lamp, pens, and cup, and she holds the gun to Conan's head in the spoiler pic left handed. Were the video and photos taken through a mirror or something because all the robbers seem to be right handed?

I think you're on to something here. I'm a right-handed person and so is my right foot/leg. I find it easier for me to lift my right leg and let it rest it on a desk or counter. One of the robbers, however, rested their left leg on the counter. That robber must have been a leftie, but moved her gun to her right hand to avoid suspicion or something.

Conan's deduction will have been figured out on the trash alone, but the handedness is more to help the reader or Amuro* I think... Meaning you can figure it out through both, though the trash is the one most likely to be explained in the file and therefore takes priority even though they're both related. That's my view on it.
*For Amuro because he knows who the final one is, it's about the fact that the robbers have guns and with Conan and the woman going to confront her, it's highly likely the gun could get involved. Misinterpreting the handedness could make any potential situation more dangerous, especially if (this bit's just speculation) he promised Vermouth he'd keep Conan and Ran safe.

We can know whether File 801 is new series or not by seeing File 800 cover page showing "Series Part Five" or "Series Resolution", we can't see from spoiler pic cover page so we have to wait for File 800 Chinese to come out and confirm, if it's "Series Part Five", then the series will continue and maybe we can know who is Bourbon in File 801.

An example is the cover from File 703 which is Series Part Four and 704 which is Series Resolution. However the case is solved is File 703, then File 704 is continued with BO ambushed Scar Akai.

I don't think so, at least 2 of them met, and the other is looking at both of them. And the page side note also gave that important question which is the theme of this arc: "Who is Bourbon?". Then it must be solved soon. And you know, 4 years is enough for 1 arc.
