Well, their fathers know each other for a start (Ref: the Shinichi+Ran childhood case). Yukiko takes lesson from Touichi too (Ref: Golden Apple case). I can't say much about what is going to come out if they were really blood relatives but that's up to Gosho's ingenuity...

I think Ran is suspicious of Conan again, however she is using a slower aproach so she doesn't overlook points she may overlook when rushing. (note that I am only talking ablut the manga, I don't watch the anome)
