I chose Mitsu because Conan will end up with Ran, and because Genta... NO WAY! But I would like to change my option to the last one, beause I think that Ayumi will find a perfect boy for her, but we don't know him yet. (Maybe a boy similar to Shinichi when he was seven years old?)
Althoug I find ConanxAyumi and AixMitsuhiko cute, I don't think it will happen, and I think Mitsuhiko and Ayumi have other choices:

Same. I always figured she'd stay as Ai precisely because returning to Miyano Shiho means a life with no friends, no family, and the likelihood of being arrested. As Ai, she has friends, an adoptive family, and a future that she gets to choose for herself rather than being railroaded into one by criminals. Hmmm, tough choice...

SHINICHI will probably end up with Ran, not Conan. And MitsuAi is actually more likely than you think.

Haibara, as said in the posts above me, has nothing to go back to and will probably live her life as Ai Haibara. This gives Mitsuhiko a chance and by the ay she acts towards him i'd say sh'es interested if just a little.

But I don't think I can take any of those couples. Gosho will get a very VERY angry fan letter from me and any other MitsuAi and/or AyuCon fans.

They were characters that have never been important in any way except that one case and if he brought one of them back just to be with Mitsuhiko or Ayumi....

Well, I would also like Conan and Shinichi to split up, but I think that will never happen.
As for Ai and Mitsuhiko, I know it is likely that Shiho will stay as Haibara, and that she may be a bit interested in Mitsuhiko, but I don't think she will fall in love with him. But if she does, I find this couple alright, because I don't think a ten year (intellectually) gap is a problem if you are in love. My grandma is 10 years older than my grandpa, but they love each other a lot.
I only gave those examples to say that Ayumi and Mitsuhiko aren't limited to Conan and Ai.

Out of all the Mitsuhiko choices you gave, the only one of them I can see happening is Mitsu/Shoko because she was constantly compared to Haibara in her case and they're childhood friends :x, I'd have to rewatch/reread the ep/file she was in though, before I can give more reasons...

Yeah, that's why I like it! And they are also childhood friends, like almost all the DC couples

I would never give Conan to Ayumi as her partner in DC even if he really is 7 years old. 
I'd rather have her paired with Genta or Mitsuhiko.
