Finally, by going online at weird times, I landed enough free bandwidth to download MK episodes 4 and 5, and I love them Akako looks gorgeous! Also, am I the only one who thought that there was an abrupt art shift in episode 5, around the time Snake showed up?

I've bought Elder Scrolls V Skyrim And since I had booked it in advance (though I had completely forgotten about it, thanks Miaka for making me remember it) I got some posters and a huge game guide

We got our first snow of winter.

Well proud of myself. I forgot my alarm last night (not proud of that) so I didn't wake up until Hullk chapped my door at 9.10 to see if I was coming to our 9.15 class. I told her to go ahead, jumped up and managed to get washed, dressed, made up, packed and in the classroom at 9.20.

I'm so glad I live on-campus.

Got a great plunnie  for my NaNoWriMo from discussing plays with one of my flatmates that has run to nearly five thousand words.

Me: "I'm really stuck. The NaNoWriMo advice is, when stuck, ninjas, but Bianca's kinda slowly becoming a revenge-ninja and Kun's already a sort of ninja, so that doesn't work."
Megatron: "This already sounds better than Snow White."
Me: "This week's pep talk quoted Chandler, too, but in this fantasy world guns don't really exist. Should I have a man come through the door holding a sword instead?"
Megatron: "Y'know what I noticed from our course plays? The good ones all have plays within a play. It's like, the second a bunch of actors come on pretending to be actors, the play becomes great!"
Me: "THAT'S IT!"

So now I've added a cast of actors to my NaNoWriMo, and it's working well

Um I'm unsure if anybody really cares about my happy event for today because my friends want to murder me if I try to talking about it & it was just so awesome I have to share it with someone!

Alright so I went to a livestream today that I've been looking forward to for almost a month because Aaron Sparrow was going to be there watching Darkwing Duck with us. He posted saying that he can definitely make it then he said that he might be able to convince James Silvani so come as well. Both of them were working on the Darkwing Duck comics of which I love but not as much as the actual show.
Anyways when he said that James definitely can make it I was like no way could I wait for today! Well technically it was yesterday but it was a all night livetream as in it goes past midnight my time.
When it started I made it right on time & Aaron was already there & we were talking to him & asking which episode of Darkwing Duck he wanted to watch. After that the person running it was getting ready & James stepped in. We were talking to them both while watching Darkwing Duck then the unexpected happened! Tad Stones creator of Darkwing Duck comes in!
So we got to watch the show with the person who made it! It was great & I learned a lot about what he is & is not allowed to do as a professional. Like he is not allowed to read fanfics because he might accidentally use something he read & they want to avoid being sued. They don't exactly look at fanart either. He even said a lot of fanart is illegal.

That was my happy event for today. Sorry if it bored you but at least I got to share it with people who weren't holding imaginary guns to my head.

In our flat, we all have superhero names. It's a long story that I don't remember because both bottles of wine were empty the next morning. Anyway, we have two Megans; one is Megatron and the other is Hullk because her surname is Hull and we deemed it amusing at the time. It stuck.

Happy events: my aunts and uncles, a year late, have finally acknowledged that I'm old enough to drink, and they had very nice wine with them

I got to sleep for quite a while this afternoon (which was nice after a very long week/end), and Inheritance is turning out to be really awesome!
