one possibility is they make sure it was impossible murder. What mysterious guy can do is to plant small speaker on her and make the sound loud when they're in toilet. Maybe the dead guy already dead in the toilet and the girl is tied up, culprits have to improvise.
Bank robbery usually involved Black Organization. Ep 128, Akemi is killed by Gin. File 677-679 (Ep 563-564), Akai Shuichi revived from dead or debut of Scar Akai. The beginning is the news of bank robbery, then there will be another BO hint?

three robbers robbed the bank unnamed,client's brother,victim. after robbery victim shoots unnamed. the brother after getting suspicous hides money in a locker and send the key to his sister without confessing his crme and suspicions.
victim realses that money was not with unnamed. then he murders the brother when he learns that he has send it to someone.
victim contacts client as brother's only relative. client gets suspicious that victim has murdered her bother(woman's intution). she tells him that she works at a detective agency and ask him to come so he can ask det. mouri to solve the murder of brother.
murder situation
after confirming, conan and co went columbo,client calls victim to agency.she clean the table and put a sleeping drug in tea of victim. afte making him partial unconscious she interrogates him in toilet as agency is susceptible to visitors .however mouri came. she messages mouri to get more time .when conan tries to go to toilet she panicks and decide to kill him.
the murder trick can't be uncovered due to lack of details like whether her hands were taped or not. most likely not.
unusual things are the biggest clues. i noticed these unusual things.
victim's thumb was in trigger normally it should be index finger.
client's leg were not tied .she could have run away .
ther was no gun powder on her while there should be some as gun was shot in a closed toilet.

if the victim's thumb was next to the trigger, it suggests suicide. Otherwise, that's an incredibly awkward way to shoot a gun. But I don't know what's going on, as I said, so I don't know if that even makes sense.

2. What the victim reportedly said wasn't "Where's the key," it was "What locker is this key to?" - a question that cannot be answered via strip search
IMO the woman is the culprit, because usually getting Conan's suspicious death glare while you pretend you had nothing to do with crime is a sure sign that you actually did it. The tricks probably involves some techology as they mentioned both Smart phone the detective agency website.
