Well, so far Gil isn't fascinated with Saber.  It isn't her looks, but rather her strength he admires.  So she has to prove that to him first.  Maybe he'll end up being Saber-bait.

nah, I meant Bluebeard/Caster. At the end of the most recent episode it's shown that he has a thing for Saber, so after Gilgamesh starts having a thing for her, if Blue's still alive at that point I sorta see him just becoming Gilgamesh-bait when they fight over her without getting to do anything cool (sorta like how caster was wrecked by Gilg in the FSN fate route).

Although it could also be like GinRei's saying, with Blue being the guy Saber kills who gets Gilg to notice her, but who knows. Either way, I hope that Bluebeard gets some good screentime before he's offed.

It's a single "route", so I see pretty much everyone getting their fair share of screen time.  Caster was able to get so utterly decimated in Fate because she was the central antagonist for 70% of Unlimited Blade Works, after all.

Yes.  I've also read somewhere, unrelated to Apocrypha, that she's a Counter Guardian like Archer is.

Also, seems like they may have uncancelled the project.  Whether it's still an MMO or if it's just a PS3 game (which I know imagepooch said they were investing heavily in a big Fate game) is unknown.  This image is new, and definitely seems to be about the game that was teased a few days ago.

ah, I was wondering where I remember hearing her name from, I could have sworn that d'Arc was someone's identity in Fate, so when I went through FSN I thought Saber was her for a fair bit :V

also, now that GinRei is (Red) Saber and Parkur is Tohsaka, someone needs to get a sakura avatar and get all three.

Also, seems that Jeanne image wasn't for anything "new" per se, but rather hype for Fate/Zero.

Very interesting. Franken and Jack got turned into girls, and Siegfried and Shakespeare and David are there, and ofc Jeanne... Hmmm. Other than these I'm only familiar with Vlad and St. George.

and how did they expect to explain having so many of each class at once? And I like how d'Arc is apparently Saber+"Ruler", even though no mention of Ruler was made for the freakin' King of England+Knights.

That's why I like Fate/Extra's plot.  They're in a computer generated war, so there's no problem having 128 Servants and Masters.  Only thing I don't like are all these new freaking classes.  Stick with the standard 7.  No need for all this "Avenger", "Saver", "Ruler", etc.  That's all bullcrap.  Pretty much any character can fit into the standard 6, plus the many Hassan's for Assassin.

I agree for the most part, but you can't really say the same for Avenger since it was part of the original FSN plot, so it was there from the get-go
