I had a succession of bizarre dreams, and I remember them all, which is unusual.

Spoiler: Dream 1

I was reading a Detective Conan manga chapter. (It was the newest chapter, only it wasn't scanlated online; it was an actual print manga.) In the chapter, Conan was confronting the criminal in an idling van in a parking lot next to a deserted highway at night. The culprit was in the driver's seat and Conan was in the passenger's seat. There was some sort of bonfire going in the grass next to the van (?), so everything was lit from below and stuff with a lot of shadows. The culprit knew Conan had caught him but didn't remark on the fact that it was odd for a kid to be so smart. He kept laughing and mumbling non-sequitors "What else could I do?" and "I'm the top of my class, you know" and "Nothing is ever good enough." Meanwhile, Conan was dialing Takagi's number (he was for some reason in a rental car with Ran and Kogoro and they were driving around looking for him.

I turned the page and it was a double-page spread with one long vertical panel to the far right (the first one on the page). The first panel had Conan closing his phone and looking sideways at the culprit and thinking "This guy..." The spread had a background of the van/parking lot, but over it were several circles with scenes from past chapters, like Ran saving Conan with karate, Heiji getting shot that time, and Haibara pointing that fake gun at him (can't remember the others). Over it, Conan was thinking (I'll try to remember exactly; "..." indicates the text jumps to the next circle):

"He wants to be strong--no, he wants to be powerful...He wants to never be wrong, never make mistakes...He worked hard, but he failed this time...And as for me....I know that's the kind of strengh...I've always had, but..."

Page turn, last page, several small panels and one big one at the bottom. Kogoro's car pulls into the parking lot (the headlights flash through the front window, illuminating the culprit and Conan, who are sitting still with their heads down). Next  tiny panel the culprit opens his eyes. Text over Conan, who opens his eyes to look up at him: "But you know, someone should tell him.." Succession of slanted panels in which the culprit puts the van in gear, floors the accelerator, and shoots forward (this van had really good starting power); the culprit looking desperate, Conan looking horrified; big panel at the bottom where the van crashes into the rental car with Kogoro, Ran, and Takagi inside. Text over bottom panel: "...That you're not allowed to never make mistakes."

So I guess my dream turned DC into a shoujo manga?

Spoiler: Dream 2

I was walking through a deserted parking lot trying to get to K-mart and I was trying to hurry because it was in a really bad part of town and it was getting dark. But when I got to the doors, it turns out that K-mart had shut down. So that made me wonder why there were so many people hanging around outside it. I heard a siren and the people around me slowly but purposefully began to clear the area. One of them panicked and kept saying things like, "What do we do? What do we do?" I tried to sneak away but one of them took me by the arm and led me away with them. D: I could tell they had knives and I didn't have anything, so there wasn't much I could do.

Somehow then we were inside this building, and the flourescent lights didn't do a very good job lighting the room so everything looked kind of green. The guy who grabbed me (he had light brown hair and a short but really thick beard and moustache) grinned at me and motioned to the second seat at a table with two chairs behind it. The other chair was occupied by a woman in a business suit, She had sunstreaked blonde hair in a poofy ponytail and blue eyes with glasses. She stared at me sort of desperately. I grinned back at the guy in some weird attempt to put him off guard and sat down beside the woman. There were notepads and things in front of us.

So then the guy explains to everyone (the rest of the gang and a couple of scared-looking policemen were seated around too) that this was going to be a trial for his own crimes, since he had been accused of killing a guy. I was supposed to be the prosecutor and the other woman was supposed to be the defense. I said, I swear, something like "I'm such a pearl then!" and laughed, I think I was trying to make him think I was crazy.

So the guy leads us into this other room, and the other gang members and police officers were ahead of us; they kept looking away and throwing up as soon as they saw what was inside so I braced myself. But there ended up being a blanket covering the body on the bed in the room; all you could see was that his feet had been chopped off because his legs stuck out from the blanket. Which was bad enough, so I turned back around to look at the guy, who nodded and said, "That wasn't me because I'm standing right here." Then laughed. O.o

So then I figured he was crazy too, and I talked to a policeman who said the police would find this place soon and the crazy guy was probably just trying to kill a few more people before that happened. At this point the dream sort of abandoned the lawyer concept and had me and the police working together to take the guys down one a a time while the crazy guy was making speeches. Well, the crazy guy did show us four white body bags he was going to use for me, the other lawyer, and the two police once the trial was done. ;_; And he said he was going to skin our faces first too. D: But we were knocking out their guys too and he wasn't noticing, because we were sitting them up in their chairs Harvey Birdman style.

The dream ended pretty anticlimactically with the police coming to rescue us. Nobody at all ended up dying besides the one victim, which was cool for me in the dream. The thing was, afterward I got questioned by this reporter (who was actually my old college's president), and I told him that there had been this one guy who had been lighting and blowing out matches, over and over during the trial and watching, and he had gotten away. Which there hadn't been, but now I could "remember" him, and it was Gin. Except I told the reporter what I thought his name had been, and it was (I swear I am not making this up, and I said it in the dream in TOTAL seriousness) "Ass Face."

The reporter took that down. Then I somehow "saw" Gin back at the deserted trial room, and he lit another match. But for some reason when he did it, the whole place exploded. O.o And then I woke up.

Spoiler: Dream 3

I was walking around the mall, playing with this cool new thing I'd gotten that let you trade pokemon with random people as you passed by them. (So...WiFi. Except this was a handheld device specifically for that purpose.) The thing was, you were only showed an outline of the pokemon when you received it, and you had to correctly guess which pokemon it was before you could actually obtain it. I got a golem that this guy beside me kept trying to tell me was a parasect, but I didn't listen.

Anyway, I got offered a spa treatment outside this one store but I turned it down (!?!?!?!?!) and went on into the candle store, since I needed some candles. It was near Christmas, so they had all their summer stuff for really cheap, and they had these multi-colored Fourth of July candles that were called things like "By the Dawn's Early Light" but didn't smell that great considering how cool they looked.

So I went up front, and the cashier was my old math teacher. O.o She offered me this heart-shaped clay bowl and told me I could fill it up with anything from the table for three dollars. So I took her up on that and put all this stuff in there. There were candle pieces, and samplers and things, but there was also candy (!) that looked really, really good. Like, there was this giant shimmering sphere that was candy, but I couldn't fit it into the bowl. But there were also tree ornaments, and they looked like cookies. Then I saw little ceramic figurines that looked like pokemon. XD They had glitter all over them and lots of them were from pokefarm and not from the games. They also had a red candle that was scented  like "Fairy Togepi." So I got AAALLLLL of it mwahahahahaha and left with a cookie hanging out of my mouth.

Maybe the third dream was to make up for the second one? XD

For some odd reason, my dreams played out the scene I was writing before going to bed... down to the last detail.

And since no one has posted here since that...

I had a dream this morning that two guys that looked very menacing were threatening me to hand over my coin purse and phone within five minutes or else. What I don't get is how this happened in the Food Lion parking lot in the middle of the day, and why I could keep my balance enough to just heel kick the idiot who wasn't in his car (seeing as his partner was in the car and didn't have a gun). But of course, dreams and reality are never the same.

I had a really bizarre dream last night and all I remember of it is that my best friend's old roommate was trying to convince me to go out with him for reasons unknown.

Had a couple of short, weird dreams last night, so I thought I'd post.

Spoiler: Dream 1

I was in a bus that was being driven by the mother of a supposed friend, who I assume was just made up in the dream since I didn't recognize her, when we were driving through a forest when we saw two people lying on the road and the mother, ignoring them, continued driving and ended up driving over their heads, killing them.
We then arrived a little while later at a sort of bon fire party I guess where I couldn't talk to anyone because I didn't know how to react to what had just happened.
I can actually explain this one as it's a compliation of random fears of mine (when my mom swerves to avoid animals in the middle of the road and I'm afriad she's hit them, my fear of dieing by having my head crused in and my social anxiety.)

I somehow had a really snazzy phone instead of my crappy little one and I woke up to find that a ton of people, including Parkur for some reason, had texted me.

My dream was so gross!
I was in a small baskletball court and for some reason, there are a lot of trees everywhere. After a while, caterpillars and worms began falling off from the trees!!! They differ in shapes, sizes, colors, texture(?)...and there are thousands of them!!!!


IT WAS ONE OF THE YUCKIEST DREAM EVER.

My dream wasn't all bad, just a bit depressing upon waking up.  I hate those kinds of dreams.  Not saying anything else about it.

I had a dream that I was shopping for calendars, and there were a lot of good ones, only I kept picking up calendars that were for the Southern hemisphere, so the winter pictures were on June, July, etc., which I didn't want. And all the ones for the Northern hemisphere I didn't like the pictures. D: I blame Kor's poll.

Then I had a dream I went to a restaurant and ordered a drink that was "saltwater peach" flavored. I want to try it now. :x

had a dream where I had this large python as a pet, and it could talk and stuff. Everyone tells me that it's a python and it'll turn on me one day, but I'm like "nah it wouldn't"

but then one day as I'm lyin in bed, it bites down on my thumbs (dunno how it managed to get both thumbs in its mouth and nothing else, but it did) and said something along the lines of "Did you ever really think it would turn out like this?" (it may have been telepathic in reality) and I replied with "you know, if you start this, I can finish it" or something equally as cheesy. So it sneers at me and starts biting down (I realized after the dream that snakes shouldn't have teeth other than fangs :V), but I'm able to pull its mouth open and throw it across the room. Then I leave the room to find something to kill it with, but the whole time I'm sorta mad at myself for not seeing it coming when everyone else did.

Seems like the type of dream that's trying to tell me something, but I don't know what.

I had a horrible nightmare last night.

I had a dream where my uncle kept trying to break into our house and shoot my mom and me to death. No matter what anyone did he kept coming back, trying to kill us. If someone tried to stop him he'd kill them then go back to trying to kill us.
