BONUS: As it turns out, my mother's cousin is Tony Wohlgemuth, the art director for shows like The X-Files, and more recently Bionic Woman (2010 remake) and Human Target.

He lives in Vancouver, according to my grandfather, his uncle. That is where I plan to go to film school. Knowing him might make things a little easier.....

I love The Walking Dead! If I'm not mistaken, the second season will premiere this coming October 16. Something to look forward to on Halloween month.

The Walking Dead premiere is right around the corner--my hopes, they are high (despite the rather abysmal and bizarre final episode of season one). The Office, Parks, and Community all returned Thursday, so I got caught up on those. As for old shows, my next target is Nikita, which I shall hopefully be up to episode three by the end of today (time allowing).

Also: Dexter Season 6. Yesh.

finally got around to watching the first episode of Dexter, and a few comments that aren't really all that spoiler-y:

So this season seems pretty heavily based around religion, and specifically to the point of making religious people seem like idiots when talking to Dexter. It's actually sort of weird and I'm not sure how big a fan I am of it. :V

Also from what it looks like, the main bad guy of this season is going to be a father+son team, like Harry+Dexter if Harry was alive, except they're super religious as opposed to Dexter who's super-atheist.

The Breaking Bad season finale was among the best finales I have ever seen. I'm still trying to wrap my mind around all the implications.

Truly one of the best series to ever grace television; absolutely no question. This finale solidified that.

one of my coworkers came into my cube and started flipping out about it, saying that I absolutely have to catch up and watch it. He also basically told me to move to Antarctica in the meantime to stay away from spoilers.
