1. How do Conan solve a case since 3 suspects already know that Kogoro with them is imposter so Conan can't use him as cover
2. What is true identify of Kogoro imposter
3. What happen to the real Kogoro after case closed
4. Ran had any question from Conan

I'm really looking foward to see how this file'll develop in a Ran's suspicion one. Conan is in trouble without a cover. I'm actually sure of it.
It's obvious that this one is not related to the BO, and I really NEED that the story make some kind of progress. The absence of it is driving me insane.

I don't know what to think about the impostor... when the old lady recived the e-mail, he acted really strange... If he's not who said he is to Conan and Ran... who is he? And why is he there?

The lady with the bandaids seems suspicious to me for whatever reason. I don't know, just the fact that she has a bandaid on her thumb along with her elbow.
She just seems...off to me :/

I have no theory on how it was done, but I think it was the young lady. She also has an unexplained bandaid on her thumb, and that stuff is NEVER there for no reason.

Funny that people mentioned the bandaid -- Gosho (or his assistants) even forgot to draw it in the two panels immediately before it!

Now that I look at that panel closely, I'm prompted to think that this case has something to do with handedness.
Young guy's a southpaw because he put his hairband on his right hand.
Old guy probably is a rightie because he pointed at the ceiling light with his right index finger. He also has a hot-n-cold patch on his neck. Can he even face his head up the ceiling with a patch on?
Young lady's definitely a rightie, and she has a bandaid which was omitted twice by Gosho and his staff.
(Ignoring ambidexterity of course)
