As for the later two - Bourbon's and Okiya's existence aren't spoilers since they have also been in the anime. Discussing about stuff from the manga in this board is allowed, so these aren't spoilers and people who watch only the anime know about them, so there's nothing wrong with these two threads.

The character Sera has yet to be seen in the anime, so she's considered a spoiler. What I was trying to explain is that discussing about her in this board is perfectly fine, but you could see her name in the title from the index of the forum, so those who watch only the anime and don't enter the story board could also see them.
The first two that you mentioned, even though the name "Sera" appears in their titles, they are fine because from the index, you wouldn't be able to see it.

For "What is the purpose behind the character Sera?", from the index you'll probably only see "What is the purpose behind...."
And for "Fake name? Akai Shuichi or Sera Masumi" you'll probably see "Fake name: Akai Shuichi...."

Please also note that originally, both of those threads' titles were different, but they were also changed because you could see then the name "Sera" from the index of the forum.

For example, the thread "Fake name? Akai Shuichi or Sera Masumi" was originally called "Akai Shuichi or Sera Masumi is fake name?", but I changed that title in a way that you couldn't see the name "Sera" from the index.

This fits with the theory that i'm building that the real reason that the manga is drawing out so long is that Gosho is one epic troll.

As long as she is needed to 'serve her purpose?' As of right now, her visible primary purpose seems to be delivering Conan's identity to Ran. Other purposes are generally speculations for now, but the character is shown to know more than she leads on.

And possibly, regarding Gosho being a troll. That would certainly explain how some of his characters act.

I imagine the latter scenario to be the case, even if we might think differently if Sera was revealed to be something unexpected, but that may be just me.

I'm thinking the exact same thing.

I wonder if Gosho was inspired to use Sera after he was finished with Eisuke (who was forced upon him by his editors). I wonder if Sera was forced upon/suggested to him as well.
