It's amazing how quickly you realize that everything is NSFW when you're at work...Callid wrote:Seriously? Re: Today's Bad Stories !
Today I was supposed to talk in front of a class of last year of middle school. But since they were having "exam essays", because they need to do that in their first year of higschool and the school needs good grades on that exam (though they will never be like us, who scored the best of the history in our school
) so we had to talk in front of OUR CLASS.
I did it well, I was nervous but still I did it well, I think I can get over this fear if I keep like this. And though I was nervous I wasn't so nervous as many other times... well, I wasn't alone anyways so that change things a bit.
Anyways, I was pretty upset because I was ready to talk in front of those kids, not in front of my class. My classmates are way different from the guys I had to talk to. They're nice person, though a little perv (the men) but still they're way more innocent that the guys we had to talk.
I don't know if you guys got what I've written. Anyways, is not big deal
I'm happy because I did it well and after that had a nice time with my friends.

You can also choose Cracked.com or Wikipedia. Or start reading some webcomic. Or a flash game. Or invent a new language (well, at least that's what I might do
Seriously, there are unlimited possibilities. Internet + Time = Used Bandwidth
Though it might be that this is only true for me - I'm sure there aren't that many people who you can keep occupied for three hours with a pencil, an eraser and two sheets of paper (if the paper is chequered, the amount of paper required is multiplied by 0.75) :P
Also, want to take the heat we have here? It's half past one at night and we have 26.5°C / 80°F both outside and inside -.-

pretty much all of those ideas you mentioned are not things I would do on the internet even if I was at home.Callid wrote: Go to TV Tropes, start a Wiki Walk

Re: Today's Bad Stories !
First days of practise, was in general fun but some things were less fun. First trip down south, it was raining so the wheels were spinning(?) like hell when going up for quite a tough hill. (They weren't just spinning there but that was the worst part.) We started maybe ten minutes before we were supposed to but ended up a minute late which makes me feel all bad D: And the rain wasn't pouring down when we arrived, it was like someone was standing up there with a bucket with infinite water in it. And after six hours of sleep (way too little) we got to know that our train was five hours late. Meaning I could have slept for much longer, but that's what happens sometimes I suppose.

Every time I want to give up on DC, it manages to bring me back, it brings me back feelings I know that I will never ever feel or live again.
