i'm going to go out on a limb and say the wife killed her husband and then killed the son and that one of the others figured it out and killed her. really starting to think the housekeeper is the husbands b*****d daughter.

Chekhov McGuffin stated this in her theory :

"The Osaka house was tidy as Kazuha had noted, yet the bathroom was not cleaned meaning she left the dying message intact."
I was confused at this and decided to look through previous files once again, then noticed I was wrong when I thought there were only two houses in the case. There are 3 separated sites in question, 1-the "family house" in Osaka 2-the villa in Karuizawa (Nagano Prefecture) where the murder of Wakamatsu Kouhei happened 3-the house in Tokyo (where the latest murders occured). If the S-O-N dying message was found in the villa in Karuizawa, that means there would be no dying message of Kouhei-san in the Osaka house, correct? (since they're different places) This  house must be demolished at the moment while the house in Karuizawa, still being under the police's investigation, is planned by Serika to be demolished as well later on. The 2 houses have the same bathroom styles, but as long as 2 of them are gone, there would be nothing to compare anymore, I, also, put my money on Serika being an accomplice in the 1st murder now.

Can't wait for the Heiji & Kazuha plot...hope it doesn't end up like the other times...

I hope sooo much that this case will lead somewhere in their relationship. Even the tiniest tiniest bit. But my theories are

Spoiler:

1. Kazuha will confess to him. But Heiji will be so dense, that he won't understand, even though she tells him directly ;_;

2. Just like Furinkazan. Absolutely nothing will happen.

3. Ran will call Shinichi and confess to him before Kazuha talks to Heiji. And Kazuha will back off.

Yah....sadly, I do feel like nothing will happen :S

The president has mention the maid is also staff member of the company. and the letter S is answer. the lab results of eaten Baumkuchen is not poisoned.

About this case, the son has touch the poison from somewhere, it's a planned murder. if it's baffling murder, it can be rule out, there are two murderers work individually for different agenda. As the maid is member of company, she's likely to invite Heiji to find out truth (Chev's theory) When murder strike, I think she know who is last remaining in the family as she will pinpoint the wife wants more than family, quickly to assume she's a prime suspect and to be murderer.

It's likely the maid is either innocent or murderer, so it can be one of them, secretary or maid. (Chev's theory) if the murder in bathroom is done subtlely, it' likely the murderer is smart and sharp. I don't know is secretary smart or sharp, but the maid is fast to think Conan isn't ordinary kid. the maid is too suspicious, she's smart like the murderer who leave highly difficult case for Heiji and Shinichi to crack.

Kazuha's confession, I wouldn't count on it to soon. 

Conan might tell Heiji the whole story what happening with him in London. 

It might gave the idea why Kazuha is on fire.

boy this is a long one. i'm guessing now that there was some sort of optical illusion used to make the one piece look bigger than the other so that he'd grab that piece. who wants to bet someone else will die after drinking that oolong?

The last page, we see everyon, exept the housekeeper, opening the bottle of tea. On the small picture, where we see the four suspects together, it looks like, the bottle from the housekeeper is still closed, so she has still a little bit of poison on her fingers left? But then again, how can she make this terrible mistake of offering the drinks in the first place, while Heiji and Conan are so close observing them...
Well, anyhow, it must be the housekeeper ò_ó

And about Kazuha's plan, I have a little idea...

Heiji has Kazuha's cell phone right now, right? And Yui doesn't know about that. Maybe, it might happen, that Yui text Kazuha about her own confession and ask Kazuha something along the lines "...and when will you confess to that dark skinned Detective?"

And Heiji reads this... Wait, I'll go check the files, if at any point Heiji gave the cell phone back to Kazuha. If not... I'm even more excited for the resolution =D

Hmm... I've checked through and the maid isn't wearing a watch, whether this is 'cause she simply isn't counted as a proper employee or that she isn't wearing it so the cyanide wouldn't react I've not a clue. She'd have to be an absolutely brilliant actor to be able to pull all that off and cry so realistically though. The long haired guy wears his with the clock facing outwards and the secretary wears her with the clock facing inwards.
So, somehow one of the things Takagi said told them the method and culprit (for the second one I presume as they seem to have worked out the first one earlier):
-That they were all looking at the designs together (excluding the maid)
-She appeared to be in pain and Fujinami (long haired guy) gave her the eyedrops
-After that the maid brought black tea refills
-The short haired guy gave her his bronze pen from his breast pocket (everyone else had bronze watches (though he didn't know 'bout the maid) and the guy was given it for 30 years of service).
-Satake (long haired) and the secretary both had them (the son didn't but that probably isn't relevant)
And afterwards they said they'd got evidence when watching them open the bottles of tea, it has to be something we can see otherwise it's unsolvable to readers and Aoyama never does that. The only things I can think of was the maid not opening her bottle and having conveniently bought the oolong tea, perhaps it has something to do with the 'Prince of Wales'(?) tea that the secretary made for the wife earlier. The only 'evidence' I can see all points to the maid but that doesn't work 'cause it was her who offered the tea in the first place and she was the only person who wanted to cooperate with the investigation and not go home...
*sigh* I guess I'll go for the secretary for now then...
