if you didn't intend for anybody to read it though, why put it on the forum instead of in PMs? Putting stuff up on the forum implies some sort of desire for it to be seen, which implies that people should attempt to read it.

It sounds so wrong when you say it that way I don't care either way, I just assumed it was aimed towards our talk and I fail to see the interesting in it (except for those involved that is ). I tend to never read peoples flirting myself, especially if is in tiny font.

but anyway, yeah you might skip over it, but you can't expect everyone to do the same, some people like readin everythin in topics they follow. Also, you can't know for sure that 1-point font is flirting until you bother enlarging it to find out

That is true, but if it starts as flirting it tends to continue that way. And naturally people may read what they want but you can't expect people to write so it is easy for you to read, can you? You as in general you btw.

in general maybe, but also keep in mind that the small text here started off with Callid + KG, so for all we know it could turn away from flirting at some point. As for making things intentionally annoying to read, yeah of course you can do that if you want, but that comes back to the point of it being annoying and in the same boat as no-reason quote pyramids.

I always understood tiny text as carrying the underlying message "You may read this, if you really want to, but I wanted to make clear it is not really directed at everyone".

If it is the first case, then complaining is not really adequate, and if it is the second (unlike this case), there might be a good reason to "hide" it. Also, finding out which one it is requires one to hit "quote" only once

And which is more irksome is a personal stance, but I've always disliked small text more than quote pyramids because scrolling is a little easier than actually clickin quote imo :V

The difference for me is that people are making a choice to write in small font, gigantic quote chains are almost all the times because of laziness.

I can understand to write a small sentence in small letter but an entire conversation in a forum that all users can read... I just don't get it. Apart from the fact that I think flirting is not something that has any reason to be hidden; if you are only writing it for concrete people, send them a PM. Some people don't like long quote piramide... I find LONG small font conversations annoying (I mena one or two posts in small font because they off-topic don't bother me at all... although there's other method like (()) or [)] to denotate it that are less annoying for people who are going to bother to enlarge the conversation just in case is interesting or whatver ... you can ignore  my opinion, I just wanted to state it
