That depends on what is supposed to be used, I always try to use the correct one, but most of the time I use who I suppose.

Sie, the verbs are easier that way ::) I think that is bit confusing sometimes actually, I also miss the ability to differentiate between grandfathers and grandmothers as well as aunts and uncles and son on.
